Rinske subscribes to the claim that firms can only achieve sustainable success when taking the interests of all stakeholders into consideration. Having both studied and worked in a global environment in the USA, she embraces the challenge of bringing the best out of other countries and learning from other cultures.
During Rinske’s volunteer work with physically and mentally disabled children, she got encouraged to help people realize their full potential. She learnt how to apply these psychological insights to the strategic field of organizations in her Master in Business Administration. As a member of a student consulting group, she provided tailor-made strategic advice for non-profit organizations. Her master’s thesis on the effects of status differences within organizations, emphasized the strategic importance of group dynamics.
