Jasper is a strategy consultant at Strategy Works with experience in participative strategy consultancy processes, as well as in university and in-house teaching programs. In both capacities, he gets energy from facilitating our clients and students to come to grips with their own questions and issues. He doesn’t believe that strategy making or learning should be outsourced to consultants, but that consultants can help managers to take charge and/or develop themselves.
For the last 10 years, Jasper has been engaged in various entrepreneurial activities. He collaborated with inventors to commercialize their products and services and tried to find novel solutions to problems faced by me and the people surrounding him. During his time in university, he applied the lessons his experience as an entrepreneur has taught him in over 50 case competitions. Doing so, he aimed to translate the entrepreneurial mind-set such that it can be of help to incumbents. In his job as a strategy consultant, this aim is still very relevant to him. He holds an Honors, Cum Laude, Masters degree in strategy from the Rotterdam School of Management.
